Smoke + Salsa @ Rob Dolan Wines
This Winter join us at Rob Dolan Wines for a night of moreish feasting and fiery musical entertainment. You’ll be welcomed into our winery with a glass of sparkling wine, live acoustic Salsa music and roving canapés while warming up next to our open firepit. Just before the night cools down to a wintery chill, we will escort you into the cosy Barrel Room for the main course and dessert.
The feasting menu, designed and executed by The Farm Yarra Valley team will feature smokey, slow cooked meats with chef’s selection of sides, complimented by White Label Cabernet Sauvignon.
For the evening’s entertainment, we welcome Tumbao Social, a high-octane 12 piece Salsa + Latin Jazz orchestra. This Melbourne-based ensemble brings together an atypical horn lineup alongside a classic salsa rhythm section. This robust ensemble of musicians have one goal in mind – to bestow swingin’ rhythmic bliss upon the public, sure to tempt you onto the dance floor.
Wine tastings will be available throughout the evening, as well as additional wine, beer, and cocktails for purchase.
Rob Dolan Wines is tucked away in leafy Warrandyte South amongst vineyards and farmland, only 30 minutes from Melbourne CBD and is easily accessible by taxi or uber.
