Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The Rob Dolan Wines Social Media Competition (the “Competition”) is open to legal residents of Australia], aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Rob Dolan Wines and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

Only one (1) entry per person.

2. Entry Period:

The Competition for the Sydney prize begins on September 1st, 2024 and ends on September 19th, 2024, at 11:59 PM [Australian Eastern Standard Time].
The Competition for the Brisbane prize begins on September 1st, 2024 and ends on October 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM [Australian Eastern Standard Time].
The Competition for the Melbourne prize begins on September 1st, 2024 and ends on November 7th, 2024, at 11:59 PM [Australian Eastern Standard Time].

3. How to Enter:

To enter the Competition, participants must complete the official entry form provided on Rob Dolan Wines’ official social media platform(s) or website (hereafter referred to as “Entry”).

Participants may enter only once during the Entry Period.

Entry must be complete and accurate to be eligible.

4. Prize:

One (1) winner will be chosen for the Sydney prize at random on September 20th, 2024.

The prize for the Competition includes:

• 2 x complimentary entry tickets to one (1) session of Pinot Palooza, Sydney at Carriageworks.
• A dining experience voucher valued at $300 to Izakaya Fujiyama, Sydney. To redeem the voucher you must book direct with Izakaya Fujiyama via phone or email and surrender the voucher upon arrival. This voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. The dining experience is predetermined and no changes may be made to the final offering, unless discussed and agreed upon prior to the acceptance of the prize.

One (1) winner will be chosen for the Brisbane prize at random on November 1st, 2024.

The prize for the Competition includes:

• 2 x complimentary entry tickets to one (1) session of Pinot Palooza, Brisbane in the Exhibition Building at Brisbane showgrounds.
• A dining experience voucher valued at $300 to TBC, Brisbane. To redeem the voucher you must book direct with the restaurant via phone or email and surrender the voucher upon arrival. This voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. The dining experience is predetermined and no changes may be made to the final offering, unless discussed and agreed upon prior to the acceptance of the prize.

One (1) winner will be chosen for the Melbourne prize at random on November 8th, 2024.

The prize for the Competition includes:

• 2 x complimentary entry tickets to one (1) session of Pinot Palooza, Melbourne at The Royal Exhibition Building.
• A dining experience voucher valued at $300 to Bincho Boss, Melbourne. To redeem the voucher you must book direct with Bincho Boss via phone or email and surrender the voucher upon arrival. This voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. The dining experience is predetermined and no changes may be made to the final offering, unless discussed and agreed upon prior to the acceptance of the prize.

5. Winner Selection:

The winner(s) will be chosen at random on September 20th, 2024 (Sydney), November 1st, 2024 (Brisbane) and November 8th, 2024 (Melbourne), from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in their Entry within 3 days after the random drawing.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, a new winner may be selected at Rob Dolan Wines’ discretion.

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The decision is final and binding.

6. Prize Claim:

To claim the prize, the winner must follow the instructions provided in the notification.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other substitutions.

Rob Dolan Wines reserves the right to verify the winner’s eligibility before awarding the prize.

Entrants acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for any expenses incurred outside the prize package.

7. Publicity:

By entering the Competition, participants grant Rob Dolan Wines the right to use their name, image, likeness, and Entry for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By entering the Competition, participants agree to be contacted by Rob Dolan Wines for Marketing Purposes. They can opt out at any time.

8. General Terms:

Rob Dolan Wines reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

Rob Dolan Wines is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected Entries.

Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Privacy:

Any personal information collected in connection with this Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and in accordance with Rob Dolan Wines’ privacy policy.

10. Data Protection:

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation.

No Association with Social Networks:

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other Social Network.
