12 Jan GET YOUR WSET 2 AT ROB DOLAN CELLAR DOOR
Our resident Master of Wine Meg Brodtmann is a highly respected figure in the industry. As Australia’s first woman to earn the prestigious title, Meg has decades of winemaking, judging and education experience from across the globe. Despite all her accolades, Meg is super approachable, down-to-earth and doesn’t take herself too seriously – she is bound to get you laughing!
Meg is actively involved with the Wine and Spirits Education trust (WSET) and currently teaches levels 2-4. Kicking off in early February, we’re offering the opportunity to undertake a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines – here, at our very own winery and cellar door!
The WSET Level 2 Award in wines is ideal for those who have little experience in the field of wine and are eager to learn more. You’ll be guided through key styles of wines, different grape varieties and wine regions. By the end of the 9 weeks of learning (16 hours), you’ll be able to identify what most wines taste like – just from reading the label!
The course will be run in a weekly format – every Monday over nine weeks in our stunning new Wine Cube overlooking the vineyard. There will be an exam in the final week, and you’ll receive your results and certificate 4-6 weeks later.
If you’re interested in signing up or more information on the course, head over to the sign-up page here.
